Topic 2:
In Chapter 28 we discussed Hands-On and Hands-Off economic systems. Explain how the United States exercises characteristics of both. Included specific examples of both.
Topic 3:
Explain the law of supply and demand and how it affects prices. Provide an example(s) of when you have witnessed prices rise or fall as a result of supply and demand.
Topic 4:
In your own words discuss the importance of Stages of Investing and Wise Investment Practices, as discussed in Chapter 28. Make sure and include the importance of these ideas, rather than just listing them.
Topic 5:
Explain what is meant by “It’s a Wall Street Government”. Here you might discuss who was responsible for the housing bubble. Did the liable parties get punished? Who was ultimately punished? Use the names of at least two banks that were involved in the mortgage crisis.
Topic 6:
Discuss your opinions of course. What was your favorite element? What would you have liked to discuss more? What specific idea or ideas do you think will be the most valuable to you in the future?
Paragraphs must be at least 6 sentences in length and free of spelling and grammar errors.
